Terrible service

I paid off my loan account and Credit Card and asked for them to be closed over a week ago, u kept getting promises from different consultants, only the loan account was closed, I'm ****en tired of calling this bank every day and explaining one thing.. Close my ****en accounts and send my paid up letters today. I demand my accounts to be updated and on ITC today. I regret ever dealing lending from this bank not trustworthy at all vwru *********** too.. I want paid up letters for both the loan account and credit card.. I DON'T OWE U ANYTHING
