TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I've been debited an amount I did not agree on and I wanted a refund as I had made an arrangement. I've been calling from Friday!!!! Know one is helping me or giving me the correct info!!! I'm furious!!! I hate the way you guys have treated me. The lady told me Monday I will recieve the refund in 2 working days and I should call Wednesday to check how far.</p> <p>I am so unhappy with your service,I just spoke to 5 people in over 3 days and none of them have helped me. Instead they are rude and don't even want to hear my point of view. The last lady I spoke to today as i was instructed to do so,she wasted my time and told me there's nothing on the system about my query. All I want is a refund.</p>
