Terrible service

I app**** for a loan with African Bank on the 31st of this month and they told me I qualify for a loan and issued me with the card so I had to just wait 74hrs for the money to be paid to me, I'm still waiting and I'm getting no feedback from them, I keep on calling them "Ayanda" the lady that was helping me kept on telling me that she will phone me back every time I call for feedback but now all of a sudden my calls aren't going through... I really need the money urgently
