Terrible Service

At this stage i dont even know how to explain my situation because no matter what i try i always get 0 Customer service and my account being blocked for no good reason or proper explanation. My account being blocked beause i withdrew funds directly from paypal into my account and my account is on hold for the whole year under investigation that doesnt end. Its like there is no solution to it and if they dont want to open my account atleast something should be said and i should be told the nature of the funds making my account to be blocked. Imagine you are a student and the money which you were suppose to buy food is being locked all you being told is that your account is under investigation and worse part is that there is no proper communication. In order to communicate with them you have to go to the branch or lodge a complaint and thats when they get intouch you.
