Terrible loan app experience!!!
Terrible service received from the loans dept!
These guys don't care about clientele! Sent a request for the lady that did my loan app, she hadn't called me the entire day.
This bank is not recommendable!!!

This bank has **** that they tried to call me. They didn't. I'm waiting for my loan for the past 5 days and still nothing. When I called the call center now they are saying that they cannot process my loan until I register my cell number on their system which when I tried it's giving me an error saying "we apologize but at the moment it is not possible to satisfy your request".
I work 6 days a week and due to the festive season I will not get a day off to visit the branch hence I did an online application!
This bank stinks. They are terrible with *********** workers! If this matter is not resolved asap with their IT dept I will take this a large number of people interested in african bank and male sure they know what this bank is doing to me!!!

06 Dec 2022, 12:11I spoke to Bonple Yesterday and she told me she'll get back to me by 4pm Yesterday or early morning today. It's now gone half the day and her being client complaints team, promising her client on call recordings and not producing her service stinks. Not forgetting she made me so much of promises that on the call yesterday I gave her a 10 point rating and still she wants to give me pathetic service like this!!!!
