Terrible&Horrific Customer Service

<p>All my outstanding accounts have been paid including the lawyers I was handed over to.</p> <p> </p> <p>This being said, none of these snooty consultants is to put me through to someone who can close my accounts.</p> <p>I was made aware that if not closed these accounts would run charges. Nobody has attempted to assist me and I run up call charges waiting for them to get back to me!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have all paperwork and been to he branch and after 2 attempts.. still no avail to close successfully.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel like sueing or going to the papers as this is making my life difficult and I am tired of talking nicely! </p> <p>It seems easy when they hound you for payment 10pm at night but please note that 8-5 is office hours!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sick and tired of this laid back attitude to pay someone's salary while I am unemployed!!</p>
