Terrible Customer Service

I’m really disappointed in African Bank… My account has been blocked for over two weeks now. I spoke to almost 7 different consultants and Thuli was the only one to give me direction and assist. Forensics department asked that I send them documents of which I did and I haven’t received any feedback . My 24 hrs lapsed already and still no feedback. Today I called and spoke to Edwin and Kensani whose lines were terrible. Even tho I got cut off manier times not one consult bother to call back. The service I’m getting is terrible. 😠😡🤬😠😡🤬 I honestly feel like closing all of my accounts with you.
