Terrible Customer Service

If I could give you a 0 star, I would.

Went to the Clearwater Mall branch last Wednesday as a first time customer to complete my loan application and I was apalled by the disgusting service I received from the lady consultant.

There were no one else inside the branch. The lady was extremely unfriendly and gave the impression that she didn't want to assist me and that me being there was an "effort" for her to such an extend that it made me feel uncomfortable.

I ended standing up and walking out of the branch and will never make use of your service ever again.
