As I am bedridden and no longer have a car hoe am I supposed to do this??? It's pointless anyway as your cheap finger print system does not work on me.You have blocked my account 4 times over the last 4 years.Once for 7 months.I have had a FNB account for over 10 years and they have never blocked my account once. I am reporting you to the Banking Ombudsman

Hi there, If your finger prints fail at the branch, a consultant will provide you with a DHA document to take to Home Affairs for your finger prints. Once you complete the Home Affairs process, you will get a completed Verification document which you can take to any nearest branch or submit it so that we can help you further. Alternatively you can email your documents to *** ^Djadji

I have done this before at home affairs in Oudtshoorn for you and their finger printing system didn't work for me either. It was only the intervention of your then area manager who managed to unblock my account.WHY CAN"T YOU UNBLOCK IT??????? I am taking this matter to the Banking Ombudsman. I have told you 20 times I am bed ridden and no longer have a car.
