Terrible banking service

i app**** for a loan 10th November, i have been in to 3 different branches, called the call center a million times, no one can help me and no one has answers for me expect that it is being reviewed, from the 10th Nov? really? today is the 23rd of November how long does it take? and there is no customer service on either side, the staff at westagate look at you like you have a disease, the staff at southgate put you through to the call center and you do everything and the staff at florida goldman just tell you its being reviewed, if i wanted that answer, i could of checked the online system myself
