Terrible bank.
At last ,going on for nearly 7 months I managed to unblock my account with this totally useless bank. My nearest branch being a 4 hour trip away it took some doing.I had to visit this branch13 times before the matter was rectified ,petrol costs alone amounted to some R6000. I was firstly attracted by their higher interest rates.Big mistake!I didn't think this through.I should have realized that seeing the ANC have stuffed this once beautiful country up in 30 years why would an African run bank be any different. For those of you who are thinking of opening and account with these people--------DON'T

20 Feb 2024, 11:37This is their stock answer.They tried get get hold of you but you weren't avaiable bah,bah,bah and you must phone them..I'm sure even if you said their bank was made from blue cheese their responce would be exactly the same.
