Terrible bank.

I have on going issues with this bank, over the years Since have been dealing with them they have cost me a lot of money. Their latest ploy is to allow a ****mer to raid my account without supplying an OPT.When I phoned them to stop this from going through (spoke to Leroy) he assured me that the transaction hadn't gone through yet and would be stopped. I was therefore shocked when they told me than it had been debited to my account and they would not reverse it. I've had it with this bank with their lies and incompetence and warn any prospective clients to stay well away.
