Terrible bank

Terrible bank to take loan with. They have hidden interests fees. Called in to arrange the settlement since i have noticed that they keep increasing my outstanding balance. However the rude lady who does not have customer service s****s could not get her story straight as to why are they charging interests unneccessary and the fact that i need to wait for next week for them to put interests on my loan before arranging for settlement.

Whoever is thinking of taking loan here, i would advice you to look elsewhere.
