TERRIBLE APPLICATION PROCESS AND COMMUNICATION

I recently app**** for a credit card on the 02 sep 2022 and was given an offer. i then submitted all the required documents and a contract was also sent to my email. i was then told the turn around time would be 48 hours, but more than 48 passed while being told that the application is still reviewed. i was then forced to apply for a credit from another bank as i needed money very urgently. i am extremely disappointed with the service i received.
