Terrible and Dishonest service.
Requested a loan settlement in September and now I Request another one and it is R14k more than the previous one. How is that possible? They can't assist me on the phone because my profile is blocked. Went to the branch to get a statement and it is not reflecting any of the payments I made over the years and only shows recent payments. This is terrible and dishonest service.

23 Nov 2022, 14:50I have been calling that number since morning and they keep telling me the profile is blocked and I must go back to the branch to log a complaint. I'll just log it with NCR. I have already been to the branch.
