Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to apply for a loan with African bank as i wanted to pay for a study. A day after applying I received an sms stating that the loan was approved and that it would take a 2 days for it to be payed in my account. Which I then app**** for the study as I got confirmation that the money was approved. And a day after that I got an sms that it was declined. So after being approved they decline you. I have sent African Bank an email to complain but never got a response back and this was In FEB!!!!! They don't value you.
