Terreble processes that lead customers to debt

Ref ***. It all started when the did not debit my account for the second month and called in and ask why they did not debit.The consultant advised the we receiving deposits, i advised that it will affect my credit scoring as the agrrrd debit order is not coming off. Now i receive sms advising that they did not adjust interest i chech my statements interest was charged. Went to the branch i was advised something else. This is terrible as my account is R12 000 above limit. I have never missed a payment. I want answers!!!
