termination of contract

<p>In February 2017 i went into a contractual agreement with African bank which i opened a savings account. And i am allowed to withdraw funds after maturity of the investment. However now due to unforseen circumstances i need to terminate the contract and get the funds. </p> <p>I went into there branch and was told that i am only allowed to terminate if i am retrenched, dismissed or death. Now what i dont understand is i opened the account unemployed why is it now valid that i should be retrenched? Death i dont understand. Who should die before i get my money?</p>
