Tedious loan application
I app**** for a loan on the 3 December 2018 and application process at the branch was smooth. Today on the 5 December 2018 I'm told my application is with forensic department but with no clarity. I missed several calls and everytime when I call back no one is able to assist with my application or see what could be the hold back. It is very frustraying that no one is able to assist me and I app**** for a loan since I need the funds for my kids fees. Please can you please advice who can help me to finalise the application or must I just cancel the application and give business to another bank.
