Tedious application process
I have app**** for a top up on my loan and I have struggled to submit my bank statement the whole weekend. Their process is tedious indeed. Their watsup line keeps saying they ran into an error i must try again later. The email address they gave me is apparently not working. They gave me one this morning for escalations and still I have not received any response. At least let me know what the status is if its declined let me know.
