Technically challenged pathetic African Bank

Branch Staff are helpful and extremely helpful.. The call centre on the other hand are pathetic employees, who are rude and unprofessional, just like African Bank processes. Noone in the call centre or technical team know what they are doing.. I don't owe them, but the account i have with them still shows under transunion.. Even after transunion advised that African Bank failed to remove me off their system and off transunion, when they handed my account to DMC. I've paid up DMC and they quickly closed my account with transunion and gave me a paid up letter.. The very account i paid up, which was originally African Bank credit card is still says i owe African Bank and have never made payment.. This is affecting my credit score heavily..
