Taking further action as a client "exposure"

Good day, Im seriously I'm need regarding African Bank. I won't go in detail with the matter as I've been writing a review constantly but no action taken by the bank. I think I should take the matter to Devi, or the ENCA so the it could be published that African Bank Keeps ****ing the innocents.
