Takes Long when they owe you money but if the tables were turned a debt collecting company would've had my cell number by now

This is getting ridiculous now!

No Feedback No response what so ever. I received an sms on the 29th of June stating that you are working on my refund request and I will receive an update by the 3rd of June.

You received all my documentation because I spoke to someone and they were able to see that you received all the documentation needed. I also spoke to someone yesterday saying my request has not been touched since.

This better get sorted out ASAP!

If the tables were turned a lawyer would’ve been on my case already.
