I do not know how to explain/start to tell you about my customer experience i had, i was overwhelmed by the length that this consultant went to...i only wish all my customer experiences could be so mind blowing! Firstly i would like to thank Tebogo for her professional, patient and going beyond customer satisfaction service she provided me with today. Through all my questions and enquiries she answered me with what i could tell a vast knowledge of knowing what she was talking about. She came across as very experienced and knowledgeable in her job. Very reassuring and taking me step for step through the process, which i appreciated and could tell that she took pride and was passionate about her job, if only there was more Tebogo's!. Have you ever had thst experience when you could hear someone smiling over the phone...then you need to speak to this lady. Tebogo well done i applaud you and i hope your colleagues could learn from you, keep on smiling and doing what you are doing! African bank truly has an asset in you! Thank you kindly!
