Suspicious ***** from HC

I was hounded by a number that didn’t belong to African Bank Human Capital. When I eventually answered ,a lady who could barely speak English was explaining that there’s funds for my forced leave. I worked for this bank a very long time and was confused as to what she was trying to say,she advised that she wanted my banking details ,so suspiciously I probed her for more info, she then says that she is calling from African bank, the kitchen staff. Now I’m confused why would the kitchen staff call me about personal information that HC would have. Since I wasn’t giving up any information she puts this gentlemen Sanele on the call, he then explained that there’s money owed to me and he needs my banking details, I asked for an email, which he sent but this guy has gone MIA, makes up stories about why the payment was not made. I reported this as ***** to AB Facebook and WOW those people need training! They are always so unprofessional. They referred me to HC. I am not even sure if this is legit or not but it’s clear no one from this bank can help investigate who this is and what’s happening.
