Suspension of account

I'm so tired of this bank making me running up and down for the release of my money. Been over a year now and my account has been on hold since June 2022. I have over R5000 on that account and all I want now is for them to release my money and keep their account. I've sent all the required documents but still giving me a run around. African Bank please release my money!!!!
