Suspecting *****ulent activities

I'm worried about the personal loan that I have with AFRICAN BANK. For the past week, I've been receiving notifications to ACCEPT or APPROVE interactions with the bank, without having an app, or initiating this. The question now is, who is busy with my account? And how do I ensure that people aren't messing with my account?
