Submit and submit documents then you get consultant that change details so much that after agreements are signed you get declined

My husband got approved for a credit card last week. On Monday they told us they needed a new work confirmation letter. We went this morning to submit this then the lady said no she need to re apply. When she did that he got approve for a bit less which was still okay. Then before she wanted to print the contract she realized the bank details are not right.... When she changed that he got totally declined. Do you not have competent personnel that can work and let this mistakes get in??? I thought i can walk a life time with african bank but wow disappointing
