Stupid Agents in African Bank and Incompentent

This is the follow up of my complain of the 11 September 2020. African Bank they are *****ing my money without my concern and approval now today the 15th they debited twice on the account of *** that is the none approval of R1 574.75 and the approval of R450. There is still an outstanding refunding of *** of R442.71 and short money of *** R 400 that was also not approved by me and this month the took again the R 400 which I am okay because is what I agreed with them. Thus far African Bank is *****ing my money whereas the first Agent at the Branch Andries kept on postponing my debt consolidation telling me that due to Covid the Head Office works from home therefore they delay to respond. I visited and send him WhatsApp and email to make follow-up. When I received a call on the in August I was in a shock and angry because I made a lot of follow up and yet again Chantelene also messed up with the dates I don't understand maybe she was drunk at work or she is just *********** at her job because she is messing with my budget. I want African Bank to refund my money
