Struggling to get payment for work done

I had to give a quote to African Bank Kimberley for cleaning of carpets and seaters. On acceptance of my quote the job was done on a Saturday. The following Monday I made contact with the manager Jason where he confirmed he was very satisfied with the job well done, and he is going to sentd the request trough for payment.

After three days the payment was still not done. I phone Jason again, and he confirmed he will make contact with Head Office and ask them to make the payment but he will come back to me which he did not. On several calls made to African Bank, trying to get Jason to phone me back, I eventually spoke to the Area Manager, after 8 days that the job was done. She was very rude and unproffessional, and said that she won't make the payment as the carpets and seats is not clean. My response was, how could Jason be totally satisfied, but afyer 8 days she says its still dirty. I tried to explain to her, that how is the seaters going to stay clean with the heavy inflow of traffic in the bank and she is only complaining after 8 days, so obviously they will be dirtied again, as we have witnessed while we were cleaning, people enter with take aways in the bank and eating in the bank.

The area manager didnt give me a chance to explain over the phone and overspoke me the whole time. When I asked for Head offices number, I had a brief chance to talk, but then she pushed the phone down iny ear. I have the whole conversation on call recorder as all my calls is recorded for quality purposes.

Up to today nobody phoned me again, and I am still struggeling to get my payment for the the job well done as confirmed by Jason the Manager.

That confirmed my suspicion why none of the other cleaners in Kimberley wants to do a cleaning job for African Bank

Your early feedback would be appreciated
