Struggle to get your own money and poor service

I am never investing my money in this place again, I have a 90 day notice investment account with African Bank, I placed a withdrawal on the 24th of February 2020, and the payout date was scheduled to be the 25th of May 2020, the money was not released on the payout date and when I called them on the 26th of May, I spoke to their consultant who said that the money will be paid out after 2-3 business days after the initial 90 days and he'll process the request but he then cancelled the withdrawal and didn't make a new one. I had to call again on the 29th of may five days after the initial date the money was supposed to be paid out on, I spoke to a consultant who then told me, she'll will open an another account and will transfer the requested amount and the funds will released after another 24 hours which falls on a Saturday which means I will the acquire the funds on the 1st of June 2020 which is 7 days+ from the payout date. I never struggled so much to get my own money in life before. this really frustrating and really F*cked up, it's not like I am applying for a loan I don't qualify for.
