Stroke Insurance claim

African bank makes you take an insurance with every loan you take! I have been taking loans from African Bank since 2013 of 2014. Dit not miss one payment and all my payments are up to date. The problem i have is that I had a stroke in November. They asked me for a medical report and a letter from work. I did give them all the documentation. Not heard from them at all.I decided to call and ask them what is happening and they then said that they want the sick note from the dockers office. This will be the 3rd time taking in documents. Hopefully i do get responds from African bank as it have been unsuccessful. At first they said that they will let me know within 3 days now all of a sudden it's a month waiting period! Which is unacceptable as i won't get paid and will be falling behind on my payment. African bank is quick to give a loan and take money from you but coming to insurance! They have a big problem. African Bank won't get any business from me in the future.
