STOP PHONING

I am starting to get really irritated now. You people are phoning to *** ALL THE TIME for Mr Hein Opperman who obviously owes you money. My parents are old and every time they must get out of bed for this ****. You have the wrong number and i dont know if you people are stupid or what the problem is but i personally told the lady twice now in the last three weeks ( i was on leave and at my parents house ) to take the number from your system and to make a note that number is incorrect and this is the STRYDOM residance but no i had to get rude now this morning and also get onto hello peter to get som greaking action. And another thing your people have no telephine skills at all. They sound like they are dying and this one of this morning put the phone in ny ear, telling me i dont need to argue. ***...,yes i do need to argue because are you a idiot or what?? So now i am asking nicely. Please take *** from your system TODAY still. And get your recordings to see who phoned this number and give that lady a warning because that is not a way to be dealing with people if you are working in a call centre.
