Stop Lying about contacting people
<p>African bank you did not fail to contact me, I had my phone in my hand and was busy typing a text when you tried to call at 16:34 from the number ********** . I answered but there was no response from your end - please stop making stories. This is the second time you do this, I guess giving people missed calls and getting them to go through your IVR after doing them wrong works for you. </p>
