Stop calling me and doing applications for me

I am constantly getting phone calls from African Bank Call Centre Agents offering me a credit card.<br> <br> I tell them that I am not interested and I end the call. <br> <br> The sms contains a reference number: ***<br> <br> It seems like I am ignored because I receive notifications from ITC of enquiries done on my name and then I receive sms notifications from African Bank that my application was declined.<br> <br> I did not consent for any products to be marketed to me, nor did I agree to an ITC inquiry to be done on me.<br> <br> This is ***** and it is *******.<br>
