stinking attitude

the staff at the branch in Rissik & Kerk has the most disgusting attitude- everytime i go there it is never a good experience- customer service is something not in their vocabulary. As much as i will be using a different branch onwards, but please do fix the speed point at that branch, this whole week, i've been trying to make a payments & the whole time the speed point is not working.
