Still waiting on an outcome 1 week later

<p>As the heading suggest, I've app**** for a loan with African Bank on Thursday 02/03</p> <p>The loan was approved and I submitted my documents the same day.</p> <p>I was later asked to submit my February pay slip which was submitted on Friday 03/03</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous phone calls, to date I've not received a final answer with the call centre staff blaming the elapsed time-frame on a "system error"</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by the Supervisor that I'll receive a call from her this morning at 10:00, once again I'm still waiting!</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely appalling service from this so called credit provider!</p> <p> </p>
