Still waiting for the feedback

I have spoken to one of African bank consultant on Monday 9th of March 2015 who promised to send me the spread sheet or a report that shows their loan calculation and my contribution so far but I haven't receive anything yet! She also told me that there is future payments that is shown on my monthly statement and when I check on my February statement there is nothing like that . I have been paying the loan since last year October but my outstanding balance doesn't make any sense to me it doesn't decrease. I am not happy with African bank services honestly
