still waiting for the call I was promised!!

yesterday I went to African bank to apply for a personal loan, the application was done and was advised by the gentleman helping me that they needed to verify my information and was then told that I was going to get a call in the next 30 to 45min and almost 24hrs later still no response and no call, whereas I have been your client for many years and have NEVER defaulted in any of my instalments and this is the sort of treatment I get? VERY UNFAIRE!!!
