still waiting for paid up letter

I m BOITUMELO CECIL MARX. I have been trying to clear my name on the ITC And also get my paid up letter. But the consultants at African bank always give me the run around. I paid them off as agreed. Now the only thing I get its \I will send a e-mail to my manager and he/she will send u a mail later in the day."This is the same answer I get since I started to my query last year. Hence I m complaining. It's been for long over due. When I did not pay my account I was handed over to lawyers. With demanding calls.
