still waiting after making urgent loan

I app**** for a loan at our springs branch on 16 april 2015 and done the contract etc and have my copy,I'm still waiting on payout and needed the money 17 april 2015 as this date is me and my wifes wedding anniversary so thanks to african bank we had a bad miserable anniversary. Today is 18 april 2015 and stil nothing, I phoned the call centre yesterday and they said its rejected and I must contact my branch the very helpfull mr. Vusi Mona at springs showed me the loan is still pending on the system and said the call centre only thinks its rejected because its still being processed by a mr or mrs Ntuli. I've never ever had this problem with any of my 6 prior loans from african bank!!! And always pay on time as its debit order and most of them were settled before the end period. So what's the problem here? Lack of interest perhaps? I want to know please as this has become a sore matter for me! I was assured the money will be paid the latest 10 in the morning on the 17th and made reservations etc etc that I had to cancel and lose money on cancellation! How can YOU do this to us HOW?
