Still no paid up letter received

I called in on the 05/01/2015 at 08:18 and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Kabelo, requesting for a paid up letter. Payment was made on the 12/12/2015 already, my account was paid in full. I have the proof should they require it,but by now they have already received their money. A paid up letter is all I requested ,which according to Kabelo will be received within 5 working days. I should have received this letter yesterday already.<br> I am discombobulated as to why this could be taking this long?
