Still no feedback,still useless service,still can't get hold of forensics

After so many calls,emails and attempts to get proper feed bank from African Bank,we still have not received anything, every time I write a review on Hello Peter, African Bank calls and says they gonna sort out the ***** issue or they give a number of a guy named Bradley Philander,but when we call the number it's always unavailable,makes you wonder if the bank itself is not a *****,I lost money from my African bank account about 2-3 months ago,I did everything they asked,they told me the issue will be resolved soon,here I am still waiting and in debt because of African Bank..so for the 100th time,since the issue has been resolved,can the money please be paid back into my account,atleast do something about the useless service I've been getting!
