still cannot be granted a loan

I had Africa bank loan and credit card which I paid very well and settled in time,after some few months I went to apply for another loan and I was told that there are conflict on the Bureau, I lodged a complaint with African Bank and they promised to fix it,they told me to go at the branch so that they can tell whoever will be assisting me how to do it and I did but things didn't end up well because when I am the brach and we call the person who referred me to the branch she was always not in the office and I ended up giving up, 8 Months from then I now decided to go check but to my surprise they have not fixed it yet and I wanted a loan .could someone help
