Still Blocked out of VIRTUAL BRANCH OVER A YEAR NOW!!!

African Bank is pathetic, over a year ago i logged a call or complaint about my virtual branch not working but to no avail, the technical team cannot assist, its been escalated i dont know how many times but my account cannot seem to get unlocked, i give up now on constantly having to call them but nothing ever gets done. The service is just appalling for a client who has been loyal and pays on time everytime. I am treated like dirt on the road side when i need assistance. This is the last time i will bother to ask them to assist me with anything...Very Bad service indeed
