You don't even deserve a review. I have paid up my loan in October 2022 already the account was closed and in April African Bank decide to reopen the account and also add interest. What ***** is this. I have been sending emails calling and no one can assist everyone have their own explanation as to why they cannot close this account and I have a paid up letter they issued.
