Steeling my hard earned money!!!!

I had a credit card with African Bank which has been paid of for about a year already when I noticed the monthly installment is still going off my bank account with a debit order. I have phoned them and have been to personally see them about this. They have stopped my debit order, but now there are about R2400 laying in the credit card account that I have over paid and the refuse to release it to me or pay it back into my own bank account. It has been a year!! Now they are starting to deduct account fee's from the amount owed to me. I want my money bac****
