STAY AWAY FROM THIS *****ULENT BANK!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!! CLAIMS DEPARTMENT HAS A PREDETERMINED AND SET OUT INDTRUXFION NOT TO PAY, CLEARLY!! Account Number ***:

Took this loan out in September 2018, along with Credit Life Insurance on it, and paid monthly premiums WITHOUT A SINGLE HASSLE up until i paid the remaining outstanding balance in April 2021 of R150k. Was declared unfit for work and at the same time retrenchments took place at work, and continued rehabilitation up until 2024. Was never told of the option of using the credit protection that I had paid for EVERY MONTH for 3 years, and in this year after being declared fit to work, albeit in a lesser and controlled and monitored environment, not as demanding as before. I submitted a claim for the credit insurance in JULY 2024, which was ignored. Some Julie White then calls me last week - AT THE END OF AUGUST, breathing fire on the phone and demanding THE EXACT DOCUMENTATION I HAD ALREADY SENT, WITH A FOREWARNING OF “CLAIMS MAY BE REPUDIATED AND WE CSN REFER YOU THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY EITH THE OUTCOME. Claims staff act as if they are working on client’s matters and then go silent FOR WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS! Other financial & insurance institutions handled my claims seamlessly , but this bank??? The claim is for both retrenchment and incapacity/temporary disability and I JUST KNOW they’ll refuse to approve it. I will come back to this post after the months they’ll take to finalize my claim and write how they will refer me to an appeals process, having already forewarned me of their stance when it comes to claims. Over 4,000 single star ratings of negative feedback and only 400 5-star ratings tells all and sundry about the customer experience of this bank that has poor client interaction methodologies in 2024. To think I’d even considered using their Fixed Deposit accounts because of their interest rates, I’m ashamed to even think of such!

And right on cue with the **** standard of service, I received a text message at 22:15 last night stating that documents are outstanding, and that there is a 3-day deadline to submit them.
NOT A SINGLE WORD SPOKE OF THE EXACT DOCUMENT THAT IS MISSING, JUST TO ENSURE THAT THE TIME PERIOD THEY SET WILL CONVENIENTLY LAPSE.

The claim update will still be posted and can I please be provided with the relevant banking authority’s contact details, that African Bank falls under?
Please and thanks

COMPREHENSION FAILURE, yet again.
I am not looking to lay a complaint AT African Bank, but ABOUT African Bank.
So read the following sentence slowly in order to understand the question:
Where does one report or may a complaint AGAINST African Bank, without taking the matter to court as yet?

What exactly is expected to be confirmed? Because I’m trying to use fancy English you’re losing the essence of what you’re trying to say.
Try conversation in normal English please

Can you name specifically WHAT EXACTLY IS OUTSTANDING THAT THE CLAIM HAS BEEN CANCELLED RIGHT AFTER I HAD SENT THE OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS??
Because I have been asking the entire week and being referred to Twitter.
What is this intentional stonewalling approach for?
