Statement and paid up letter

I have had a million calls going to African Bank for them to send me a Statement and a paid up letter but no one is willing to assist, instead I keep being told that my account has been handed over to a collection company. I do not owe them anything and they debited their last amount on the 25th of July.<br> I need to know what the hell is going on because no one is getting back to me and it is reflecting badly on my credit profile.
