So earlier I wrote the below I have been paying off my personal loan which was in arrears. I've been the account through tracers/collections without fail since November 2023. Last month R1000 was deducted but the balance amount is still R3617.86 and it should be R2616.87. When I phoned customer service I was informed about fees that was charged which was less than the R1000 and that is for March 2024. The agreement was R1000 for 6months which I am honoring but now all of sudden February's payment did not reduce the loan amount yet it was debited from my account. I'm very disappointed and would like an explanation because pay day is on the 27th and an dispute was logged reference number ***. There was reply via Hellopeter but no numbers to call nothing.
